Torch Electric Group Co., Ltd. was founded in 1987 and is a non regional group company that integrates scientific research, manufacturing, sales, and services. It has a registered capital of 150 million yuan, fixed assets of over 77 million yuan, a factory production area of over 41000 square meters (including more than 1000 square meters of experimental area), an annual output value of over 500 million yuan, and more than 400 employees (including more than 160 professional and technical personnel and employees with college education or above).


To further ensure product quality, we have obtained the ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification, and we will continue to strive to improve our quality management system. Regarding product quality and customer service, we solemnly make the following commitments to society and customers:

  1. We will strictly implement the national standards related to products (or meet customers' special requirements), and the pass rate of unboxed products will be above 98%.
  2. The product warranty period is two years. Within the warranty period, we will implement the "three guarantees" policy (guarantee of repair, replacement, and refund) for products; for products beyond the warranty period, we will continue to provide technical services.
  3. Service tenet of Huoju Company: Customer First, Premium Quality, and High-Quality Service.
    We have established a customer file and customer information feedback system. The Sales Department maintains follow-up contacts with customers and marketing networks in various regions to conduct quality surveys. We will handle and respond to all customer comments and quality issues (100% coverage) in a timely manner. When necessary, we will send dedicated personnel to the site to resolve issues until customers are satisfied.
  4. To eliminate customers' worries, our products have been insured under the Product Quality Liability Insurance provided by the People's Insurance Company of China (PICC).
  5. To meet customers' needs, we will ensure on-time delivery of products with the required quality and quantity in accordance with the provisions of the contract. Any delayed delivery without the customer's consent will be regarded as a breach of contract by our company.
