(1) Warmly receive customer visits and promptly handle customer calls, letters, faxes, and other inquiries.
(2) During the customer's product selection stage, customers are welcome to visit our company for inspection. We are willing to provide relevant product technical materials, and promptly offer various technical consultations and answer customer questions. If required by the customer, we will assist customers who are not familiar with the products in selecting the most suitable products with correct specifications and models.
(1) After the contract is signed and takes effect, customers are welcome to visit and supervise the manufacturing process of our company. We will provide active cooperation and facilitate the work and life of the personnel sent for inspection and supervision. We will actively adopt and promptly take improvement measures for the reasonable opinions put forward by the customer's on-site personnel regarding the manufacturing quality of electrical products.
(2) Strictly organize production in accordance with the technical requirements of the contract and relevant national standards to ensure product quality and quantity, and deliver goods on schedule.
(3) Before the products leave the factory, we will notify the customer to send personnel to participate in the joint inspection if required. We will facilitate the life and work of the personnel sent by the customer and provide free training for the customer.
(4) Before the goods are shipped, we will notify the customer and provide detailed technical materials of the products, including sample materials, product quality certificates, factory inspection reports, shipping lists, installation and operation manuals, and relevant documents for equipment maintenance.
(5) When shipping the goods, we can arrange for the customer to pick up the goods by themselves or handle the transportation on behalf of the customer according to the customer's requirements. If the goods are damaged or scratched due to our transportation reasons, we will send personnel to handle the issue promptly until the customer is satisfied.
(6) When the goods are delivered to the customer's site, if requested by the customer, we will send personnel to participate in the joint acceptance. Meanwhile, we will provide free training for the customer on knowledge related to the installation, use, and maintenance of electrical equipment.
(7) If the customer requires early delivery due to tight construction schedules or other special circumstances, we will prioritize the customer's needs, handle the matter with special procedures, give priority to arranging production, and do our utmost to meet the customer's requirements.
(1) Our company implements a 24-hour after-sales service response system. That is, upon receiving the customer's notice requiring after-sales service, we guarantee to respond within 3 hours and send professional technical personnel to the site to troubleshoot equipment failures within 24 hours.
(2) Our company provides quality inspection certificates, qualification certificates, and other relevant materials from the manufacturers for the materials used and the main accessories, and assumes lifelong responsibility for them. Within the reasonable service life (the unexpired part of the original warranty period or 12 months after repair or replacement), if the product has or encounters quality problems, and it is confirmed by both parties that the problem is our company's responsibility, we will be responsible for properly handling, replacing, or returning the product free of charge. In case of quality problems caused by the customer's responsibility, we will also actively assist in solving the problem and strive to meet the customer's requirements. We also guarantee to promptly provide technical support and equipment/material support. If the market price drops, the price of the provided accessories will be reduced accordingly.
(3) During the customer's installation and use of the products, if technical guidance is needed, our company will promptly send professional personnel to provide services and meet the customer's requirements.
