The entire production process of the company is strictly carried out in accordance with the quality assurance system, and standard computer-aided design (CAD) is applied. From pre-sales service, contract signing, incoming inspection of raw materials to after-sales service, supply of spare parts and training of operating personnel, all processes are strictly controlled in accordance with quality elements, with complete records kept. We will actively cooperate with your company to provide pre-sales technical design services, deliver reliable and safe products, and offer high-quality services to meet customers' requirements.
We guarantee that the products delivered from the factory meet the relevant national and industrial standards as well as the terms of the technical specification contract for this project; free maintenance is provided except for vulnerable parts; high-quality spare parts will be supplied in a timely manner according to customers' needs.
The quality guarantee period for the contracted equipment is: 12 months from the acceptance and commissioning of the contracted goods; the product life cycle is 30 years, and the three guarantees (repair, replacement and refund) policy is implemented within the guarantee period.
Proven and mature technologies with operational experience are adopted. A quality assurance system has been established for the design, material selection, processing, manufacturing and testing of the contracted equipment, and it is strictly implemented throughout the manufacturing process of the contracted equipment. Training for operating personnel: After the contract is signed, the relevant departments of our company will send a training notice to the customer, arrange for the customer's operating personnel to receive on-site training at our company, and ensure that the personnel of your unit can safely and effectively realize the normal operation and use of the equipment after it is put into operation.
For the factory commissioning of products, our company will conduct commissioning in accordance with the factory inspection specifications. The customer's unit may send personnel to our company for acceptance in accordance with relevant national standards, and complete test records will be delivered to the customer along with the products.
The company will also provide on-site services for customers, send capable and experienced personnel to the site to provide free technical services and installation guidance, carry out equipment installation, commissioning and trial operation in accordance with the requirements of technical data and drawings, and be responsible for solving problems related to manufacturing quality and performance of the contracted equipment found during installation, commissioning and trial operation. For any quality problems of our company's products, our company will provide free services.
