JNS four core bundle tension clamp

Product Introduction

JNS series four-core bundle insulated tension clamps are suitable for terminal poles or tension section ends of overhead lines below 1kV, and are used to fix and tighten bundle (four twisted together) insulated conductors. The product adopts a four-core parallel structure. After the four twisted conductor loops are inserted (without removing the insulation layer), the tension clamp is tightened, and the four tightened conductors can be formed into a bundle, which will be fixed after being clamped by the tension clamp

· Designed to anchor self-supporting LV-ABC lines with 2 to 4 cores.

· Used in the termination of LV aerial lines or at the two tension ends, to fix or tighten the bundle insulated conductors.

· Anti-UV black resistant plastic wedges slide inside the arms to grip the conductors.

· The self-opening feature and integrated spring facilitates the insertion of conductors.

· The version with movable arms further simplifies the installation.

· The products have JNS - A, JNS - B and JNS - C series.
