NLL Series Aluminum Alloy Bolted Strain Clamp and Insulation Cover

Application

• The NLL series aluminum alloy strain clamps for distribution are suitable for 10kV and below overhead lines, as well as power plants, distribution stations, and substations. They fix aerial insulated aluminum conductors or bare aluminum conductors to insulators on corner or terminal strain poles, thereby fixing or tensioning aerial conductors. When used with insulated conductors, they are used in conjunction with insulation covers to play an insulation protection role.

• Weather fastness: good performance after 1008 hours artificial weathering test.

High-strength aluminum alloy body without magnetic permeability, with the advantages of high strength and low line loss.
The pressure block is integrated with the "U" -shaped bolt, making installation extremely convenient.
The inclined "U" -shaped bolt makes the wire clamping force large.
Each "U" -shaped bolt tightens a single pressure block to ensure uniform contact pressure.
